The Highlands pickleball community has expanded dramatically over the last few
years. In response to membership growth and the addition four new courts, your
HPC leadership assembled a small and diverse group of Highlands pickleball
players, consisting of Tom Harris, Helen Yarmoska, Donna Hover, Gail Epperson, Katri Noid, Rod Raasch and Bill Pollock.
​This working group developed a draft framework to guide consistent and
transparent decision making for Highlands pickleball--for today and into the
future.

The primary task of this group was to articulate:
 WHY the HPC exists
 WHAT the desired outcomes are to ensure continuing success
 H0W we might achieve those outcomes
.
The efforts of this small group are just the start of a process and dialogue to
shape the future of Highlands pickleball. This is not something the working group
can accomplish by themselves. Success is dependent on YOUR active involvement
and commitment. Your leadership team is seeking player input and help to make
Highlands pickleball even better than it is today.

​An HPA board meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, May 7, at 2:00 in the Catalina II
